It is amazing how some of what we own is easy to organize or pass along. Conversely, there can be great difficulty with other things.  Some people experience loss, grief, sadness and other challenging emotions. So many people tell me that their reluctance to “dealing with all their stuff” comes from not wanting to face the emotional component of organizing and decluttering.  I have strategies and ideas for any situation to ease the stress and difficulties.

Over the years a common experience for my customers is a sense of relief and excitement - like a weight has been lifted off their shoulders and they can think clearly again.
